This tip is wonderful suggestion to me. It is easy to follow and it suggest that I must not eat those processed food. Junk food will harm our body and it will cause ugly fat to stay on our body. I have been eating all kind of processed/junk food these years. It is time to control my diet and have more regular exercise. If happen that I eat some processed food, I need to exercise and get rid of those extra calorie that put on my body.

Repeat this exercise for 5 times each day to get more muscle on my body. Even when I am sitting down on the chair and working at my computer, I can tighten my abs muscle to strengthen the area.
