Today I discovered a new Gym Club in Singapore, which many of the members have very good comments on its effectiveness in helping them and change their life after they joined this Gym Club. I chanced upon this Gym at YouTube Channel after I watched a video clip about Obama family. It was a video clip by Coach Jonathan Wong himself talking about his plan of setting up a true fitness gym club in Singapore.

You can visit Genesis Gym and witness yourself how those members talk great about this Gym Club. I strongly believe what they said are genuine comments and remarks, as the sincere words and attitudes these members shown on the video clips.

There are various location you can visit when you join Genesis Gym Club in Singapore. The one I prefer is at Alexis which is along Alexandra Road and it is nearer to my office at Jurong East area. You can visit the gym club afterwork and have your fitness training and exercises with other members. What a great workout after a day hard work.

Coach Jonathan Wong is sincere to have a Genesis Gym Club in Singapore and he really created this wonderful gym club for Singaporean like us to have our fit body. With modern work schedule and higher pressure each day we face, I encourage you to join this club if you prefer someone to guide you along. Not to worry, I am not associate with this gym club here in Singapore.

Today, 10th September 2016, a Saturday evening I have created this new website to cover all the tips and topics in maintaining a healthy and beautiful body of our most important asset when we are born. Every one of us own it and we should take responsibility to take good care of it.
